Within 24 hours, you can absolutely cancel. You can also change your order within 48 hours. We promise to do our best to accommodate any requests for cancellations and changes.

Yes! Buying online is always risky, and we understand your concern. You can return and exchange your order within 30 days, no questions asked.

We use Shopify's own payment system, which is integreated with all big credit card companies.
Can I cancel an order?
Please reach out to us at hello@smyrnacollective.com as soon as possible. If the order is not customized, and not shipped yet, we will cancel the order.

We ship worldwide, to everywhere!
What's the cost of shipping?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $100.
When will my order ship?
We ship all orders within 7 days due to made-to-order nature of our business.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
We ship all packages from Turkey, and currently, the estimated delivery time is 10 days.
Will I pay duties or any customs?
You will not. If for some reason you face custom duties, Smyrna Collective will reimburse you for the amount.
